Steeped in the tradition and honor of two legendary cigar families, the Fuentes and the Meerapfels, the Heritage Puro Sol marks the first time a Cameroon wrapper has been used on an Ashton cigar. Each stick is flawlessly handcrafted by the Fuentes with a sun-grown African Cameroon wrapper personally selected by Ashton leaf grower, Rick Meerapfel. The goal of this cigar is to provide the smoker with flavor that is both smooth and balanced. The blend is rich and complex with a depth of character and extraordinary flavor that we feel will soon make it a "classic" cigar. The Ashton Heritage Puro Sol will be released only in a limited capacity in its first year, just 250,000 cigars.
